In India, Motorola introduces the Moto G86 Power featuring a 32 MP selfie camera. Features, cost, and availability

On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Motorola introduced the Moto G86 Power, a new mid-range smartphone with MIL-STD-810H durability standards and IP68 and IP69 resistance for underwater protection, in India. Additionally, the new Moto G86 Power features Moto AI in both the camera and other areas.

The Moto G86 Power boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K pOLED Super HD flat screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 4,500 nits. There is a Gorilla Glass 7i layer on the screen. Additionally, Smart Water Touch 2.0 is supported.

The Moto G86 Power comes with a 33W charger that supports a 6,720 mAh battery.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7400 CPU that powers the Moto G86 Power has 128 GB of onboard storage, 8 GB of RAM, and more. Additionally, virtual RAM can be expanded up to 24 GB. It runs on Android 15 with Hello UI. Three years of security updates and one year of OS upgrades will be provided to the device.

The Moto G86 Power has an 8 MP ultrawide + macro vision lens and a 50 MP Sony Lytia 600 camera with OIS. A 32 MP selfie camera is one among its characteristics. All of the lenses on the phone can record 4K video. There are other AI programs like Magic Editor and Magic Eraser Photo Unblur.

The G86 Power has Moto Spatial Sound, Hi-Res Audio, and two stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos.

Smart Connect 2.0 enables wireless TV and PC connections with the Moto G86 Power. For cross-device multitasking, it also offers capabilities like Swipe to Share, Swipe to Stream, and Cross Device Search.

The Moto G86 Power costs ₹17,999 and is available in Golden Cypress, Cosmic Sky, and Spellbound, which are Pantone-curated shades with a vegan leather feel. Beginning August 6, it will be available for purchase on Flipkart, Motorola, and in prestigious retail establishments throughout India.
